Shipping and Delivery Terms

Delivery time

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible after payment is received. For bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, processing starts immediately once payment is confirmed. Since our cat-on furniture is handcrafted individually to order and not kept in stock, the current delivery time within Germany is approx. 12–15 business days. Deliveries to other European countries may take an additional 3–4 business days due to shipping transit times.

We ship worldwide. Within Germany, shipping costs are €7.90 with DHL or €6.90 with DPD. For international deliveries (e.g. Switzerland or EU), transit times may be extended by up to 4 business days.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, costs are calculated individually. We will be happy to provide a quote upon request.

Notice: Due to Brexit, shipments to the United Kingdom are currently suspended.

Special note for Switzerland

Orders shipped to Switzerland are exempt from German VAT. However, Swiss customs will charge the applicable Swiss VAT and an administration fee per parcel, billed directly by the shipping company.
