We would like to inform you that, since 28 May 2022, we are obliged to verify the authenticity of the reviews published in our online shop before they are displayed. When completing a purchase, our customers now have the option to participate in our review program via a GDPR-compliant opt-in process. Only customers who have agreed to this procedure will receive a link 14 days after the purchase, allowing them to submit their personal review for the items they bought. Reviews submitted through this process will be marked with a verification seal after being checked. This ensures that you can always clearly distinguish certified reviews from those not verified through the opt-in procedure in our shop.
Nevertheless, since the very beginning of our online shop, we have always verified product reviews before publication. Each review is individually checked to ensure that it was submitted by a consumer who has actually purchased the goods or services from us. Approval and publication by our team of verified reviews only takes place after at least 24 hours.
The overall rating is therefore composed of both certified reviews and reviews manually verified by our team.
